I have a PC profiler that uses a user-written-system-service which
returns the PC of another process given its PID.  It reads a global
symbol table which can be automatically generated from the linker map
and produces two files;  one containing number of hits for each PC
value (in terms of GLOBAL_SYM + offset) and another condensed to
hits for each global symbol.  I was planning on contributing it to
the fall decus tape, but will send it out to anyone who wants it on
the net.  It is written in C, so I have the same problem sending an
executable that Marty Sasaki discussed, and I have the same useless
sales rep.
