I am looking for a CAD system to design PC boards.  My current top
contended is a package called P-Cad running on an IBM PC/AT.  Does
anyone have experiences, positive or negative, with this system that
they can pass along?  Or, perhaps, any other suggestions for something
better that is also in the $20k hardware and software range?
