Cp(1) is now careful to close an already open file if it detects the 
`cannot copy file to itself' situation.  Previously a command like
`cp * .' would bomb out with too many open files.  This bug was definitely
of the pathological variety; it is dificult to imagine realistic situations
when it would have been a problem.
