Eagle A hung mysteriously today.  Its READY light went out, and the
ONCYL LED in the back was out, suggesting seek-in-progress, but it
just refused to do anything.  Worse, when we tried to shut it down,
it refused!  Turning off the START switch had no effect on the START
light, and produced no sound of the disk slowing down either.  We
finally pulled the breaker on it for a moment; seems fine now.
