The law states who has to yeild the right of way. If it comes down to a 4-way stop sign showdown, and it turns into a fender bender, both parties can be cited. Personally, if someone even loks with hesitation at me at a stop, I'll usually concede and let them go first, but if they think they can beat me, .......... mikey at trsvax
