	I am in the process of contracting to have the 25 year old
wood double-hung windows and 22 year old storm windows in my house
replaced with the new Thermopane insulating type windows.  I have been
quoted a cost (installed) of about $300 a window here on the East Coast.
The window type being used is made by US Steel (now called Alstate).

Does anyone have any info about this type of window, or know if this
is a good price?  (If I shouldn't send this here, please tell me
where I should...)
