The incident you are referring to occurred in Texas, where students from Sam Houston State University, that bastion of fuzzy-headed liberal thinking (joke, joke) celebrated the execution via sodium pentathol overdose of a convicted murderer.  The sucker deserved to die, but celebrating it is really off base...
