Norway has a tradition of censorship, for the protection of it's people. "Somebody may not like this movie, better not let anybody see it." In this case the motivation is "My boss doesn't like it if I read non-technical news, please remove it from the net altogether"! Esa, have you also stopped all the newspaper shops in your area from selling comic books and other non-technical publications? Amsterdam, is it possible to cut off all the non-technical newsgroups to Norway and give them the appropriate discount? Then maybe the rest of us can go and discuss more important things like how do we get the americans to reduce the amount of local stuff being distributed world-wide. Do I take the net for granted? Not more than I take the telephone for granted. (I have been known to make jokes on the phone, maybe my boss will think it is a toy! :-) And whoever said the net would not be open for private people with PC:s?
