In a small town in Wisconsin , located not to far from the Lake Geneva resort
area, it is not unusual to hear the local police (using the CB radio) 
warn truckers heading north out of town that the next town down the highway
had just purchased a new case of pencils and so the speed trap was up again.

One friend of mine was ticketed for going one mile/hour over the speed limit.
