I have noticed that the Russian RS satellites have been somewhat
erratic in operation the past few weeks.  In many passes, the
beacons are not heard.  Further, I have not heard RS-6 in some time,
although i have been told that it is no longer functional.  Anyone
know whats up here?  Are the batteries weakening, and they are being
used sparingly to extend the satellites life?  HELP!
