				SYSTEM MANAGER

	Support software development in a supercharged start-up company !

	Axiom Technology builds workstations to test IC's on the semiconductor
	production floor.  Our AT100 workstation uses the MC68010, UNIX(tm),
	Ethernet(tm), and Pascal to solve real-time process control problems.

	Key Project Areas:

		* Establish a software release system for in-house releases
		  and for distribution to customers
		* Develop a bug reporting and response system
		* Supervise our VAX 750 development system

	Skills Required:

		* UNIX and C experience
		* Attention to detail
		* Ability to create order from chaos

	Compensation includes possible equity participation.
