	I am in the process of evaluating job offers from some firms in
the Silicon Valley (in / around San Jose) and in Massachusetts (around
Boston). I am looking for a weightage factor to compare the salaries
and benefits taking into account a medium budget, single lifestyle. I
suppose some other people on the net may have gone through a similar
stage prior to accepting a job. If you did have any such scheme please
