Education Requirements:
	B.S. in CS/EE/Math or equivalent experience.

Description of Duties:
	Person will be the manager of a compiler development team.

	Candidate should be able to plan projects, make schedules,
	supervise highly technical team members, and should have
	good written and oral communication skills.

	Knowledge of the compiler development process is highly
	desirable.  Should be knowledgeable about Fortran, Ada
	and/or C.
