I'm interested in obtaining a copy of the "1978 Fortran Compiler Validation
System" prepared either by the Federal Software Testing Centre or the
Federal COBOL Testing Service. But I can't afford the $3000 that NTIS are
asking for the tape.
Does anybody out there have a copy ?

If so is it public domain ?

If so would they be willing to write me a tape if I provide one ?
