His doctor doesn't know anything about it, but his nurse refers him to Manny the druggist who gives him the address of a ''Shouldice Hospital, Toronto Canada''. Manny also gives him some advice such as ''Don't sit at the Jewish table-- they tell jokes and you have to hold on to your incision''. Anyway, he goes, gets fixed up, jokes around with the patients and staff and in general has a good experience. What better reference could you have?
