   Oklahoma State University has the VAX VMS kermit on line, and available through
uucp.  There is more information on this in the info-kermit notes file.  If you
don't have access to this, or can't find enough information, then you can contact
me as okstate!kermit.  I am in charge of the kermit operations here more or less.
