I've read most of the articles in net.micro.cbm relating to problems with the 1541 drive (i.e. overheating, head misalignment, slowness), but I've also read about the newer version that has solved some of the problems. My questions are about the MSD Super Drive. What have you out in net land experienced with this drive? Is it completely compatible with C64 software?
