I wanted him to duplicate my system which has the Okidata 92 printer. Since Apple Doesn't consider the OKI in the Printer Sect. we had to type in the special codes. Now we know they were entered correctly as the Word Proc part of 'Appleworks' was ok!! From what I could gather they it looks like they (Database/Word Proc) use the same special printer codes.I've seen the problem duplicated on a CITOH 8510 Printer also. Geez.... you'd think Apple would have alittle more forethought as regards to the printers you can use. How many people got Qumes!! Since I wanna KEEP my OKI, does anyone have any ideas. Appleworks is a nice program but, with this shortcoming I cant see them selling it to alot of people and making friends!! Thanx !!!! Joe Craparotta [NY1MM::CRAPAROTTA
