The ZCPR3 archives on SIMTEL20 have been restructured as follows:

	<CPM.ZCPR3> - contains sources and object files for tools,
HLP files, sources for all System Segments, Installation Manual and
User's Perspective, newsletters, helper's list, and other ZCPR3-specific
files.

	<CPM.SYSLIB3> - contains sources and REL files for SYSLIB3
as well as HLP files

	<CPM.Z3LIBS> - contains sources and REL files for Z3LIB and VLIB
as well as HLP files

	I will be adding index files to these directories in the not-too-distant
future.  These index files should help users when they scan thru the dirs.
