I'm looking for a C language implementation to use as a software
development system on an IBM PC or a Compaq Portable.
I'd appreciate hearing of others' experiences (either personal
or hearsay) concerning ease-of-use, portability, size limitations
on source code, Kernighan&Ritchie adherence, etc. of the
available C packages.
Also, what size of memory is needed, what special peripherals
are recommended, and so forth...
