The whole point of anti-discrimination laws is so that
people like Mr. Greenberg are not forced to make those
kinds of decisions.  Its a tragedy of the commons all
over again.  Even when the majority desires equal rights for
gays, a minority can force them not to provide them by
patronizing those vendors who don't provide equal rights, unless
the law binds them otherwise.
