Does anybody know if the Univ. of Essex is on the net, or
if they are on any net?  I also need a contact at Essex.

We have a researcher (Tom Ackermann) who needs a mail link
to a colleague at Essex.  They are working with others on
the second stage to the nuclear winter study.  If someone
near Essex could provide a mail box, Tom would be grateful.
They would like to exchange drafts for their next paper.
