	During my recent visit to the civilized world, I was discussing
some of the net activity ... we considered together the possibilities
of having "personals" newsgroups ... and thought it was a good idea.
So here goes:

	"I propose the creation of two moderated newsgroups which would
	 handle traffic on these topics... mod.personals.motss and 
	 mod.personals.motos.." <insert sigh of relief here>

	I can hear all the moaning and groaning from a distance, but I
feel that these could be well-utilized...  I propose moderated newsgroups
so that (a) true raunch doesn't get posted, and (b) the privacy of
those utilizing the newsgroups is protected...  I imagine that the 
moderators of these newsgroups would do considerable mail forwarding
<this, of course, depends upon the organization of the newsgroup>.

	Followups to this newsgroup only, please...
