As pointed out recently in the Wall Street Journal, rich taxpayers are parting with MORE dollars, and paying a HIGHER share of the total tax revenue than before Reagan, while poor taxpayers are paying FEWER dollars and a SMALLER share. I've seen this claim over and over again, in this newsgroup and elsewhere.
