Another place to try is Woodcraft Supply in Woburn, Mass.  I have not
dealt with either place, but I do know that Garrett Wade has been around
for a long time (at least since 1976--Tage Frid mentions them as a
supplier of such items in his 1976 Work Bench article in Fine Woodworking).
