I have some questions about the proper procedures for
moving into a new home that I would like answered
Jewishly.

We are moving on December 3.  Besides affixing the
mezuzot, what if anything is supposed to be done in terms
of berachot to be recited, actions to be performed, etc.
Also, does it make any difference that the house is not
owned but rented?

Responses will be deeply appreciated.
