Was it the ihnp4 problem ?  News ?  Notes ?  UUCP ?

I don't know, I am getting reports from all parts of the
country that part 2 of access was not recieved.  If you have
already gotten part 2 I am sorry that you will see it again.

NOTE:  We have broken part 2 into 2a and 2b to make things
a bit smaller.  The header information will reflect the new
four part setup.

This is also the last time.  If this doesn't work, or if I
ever try to do anything as large as this again, I'll use
tape (or something :*) )  ...    Steve
