She married a politician and moved to Albany. Edward's inheritence of the Quartermaine fortune was based on whether he or his brother had the first child. The brother who had the first child received the bulk of the inheritence. Lila was married to Crane Toliver and didn't legally divorce him before she married Edward. Therefore, Tracy and Alan are ilegitimate children and Edward would lose the inheritence. The Bible page proves this. By the way Allen, now that you're wathcing General Hospital, does that mean you will start posting updates for it as well as Ryan's Hope and All My Children? Sure hope so.
