Spencer, Spencer.  Since when does 4 MIPS ?= 10 MIPS.

I have benchmarked the Gould 8780 at 9.9 x a VAX 780 doing
double precision & heavy pointer math.

All claims I have heard for the DEC 8600 rate it as 3 - 4 x a VAX 780.
Has this changed?
