I've subscribed to CU for at least the last 8 years. I don't always agree with their ranking of products, but I always consult them before making a major purchase. Some of the areas they rate are not areas of my concern. As an example, some smaller cars are under-rated (in my opinion) because of lack of back seat room. My family doesn't really need back seat room. Additionally, my company was second in the ratings for long distance companies because the first rated was cheaper. They did not put too much importance on the fact that the first rated company *only served fifteen to twenty cities*. Thats nice if you live in one of those cities. What I'm really trying to say is that CU is a very useful tool, but it is not the answer to all questions. They know this, and their subscribers know it as well.
