Instead of having people voucher phone calls to the  comput-
er,  we  would  rather let users have the computer dial them
up.  Since we are running 4.2 BSD Unix, we do not  have  the
command  "ct"  available  to  us.  We don't care whether the
computer dials back on the same line that was dailed in  on,
or  whether  the  computer uses another line.  We have Hayes
smart modems, Cermetek 212As, and a DH-11 emulator.

If you have any such software, would you please  send  me  a
copy.
