Lines: 17 I heard that someone was offering a 10Mb. internal hard disk drive for the mac that involved de-soldering the 68000 chip, putting in a socket, and then plugging a piggyback board into it. (The 68000 then went into a socket on the board). The drive went god-knows-where. Does anyone know anything about this? The company name would be nice. It was supposedly posted to fa.info-mac awhile ago, but noone I know saved it. Thanks.. Jordan K. Hubbard "It's better to burn out, than to fade away.."
