Remember: "In a democracy, people get the government they deserve". If we make teachers and administrators accountable to the STUDENTS, then school will probably consist of playing games. The system was meant to transfer the knowledge and experience of civilization to those who do not have that knowledge and experience. Having the students decide how they should be taught is a little like "the tail wagging the dog". If we assume that students should decide how they should be educated since they will be running the democracy someday, then why don't we have our children teach us how to read, since they'll be doing the read someday!
