[Let me preface this by saying that I am not an 
nroff/troff or -me expert.]

How does one get multiple pages blank except for headers and
footers to print?  The -me .sk directive will only work for
one page, and experimentation with various combinations of
".bp" and ".sv <large number>" has lead nowhere.

My undying gratitude and sincere thanks go to anyone who can
solve this.
