In fact, in an apparent attempt to keep him from cancelling his order, they did send him a fancy, color, glossy promo booklet along with a note telling him that it would be coming, some day ... Doug ordered his right when they first came out. I've heard of others in the same boat. I have not heard of anyone who has gotten one. I can't see as it is worth the wait.
