Just out of curiosity: does anyone know if there ever was a "B. Dalton"?
If so, who or what was he/she/it?  Was there a little bookstore somewhere
run by "Bertha Dalton" that has mushroomed into the massive chain (or
are they franchises?) we see today? Or is it just a made-up name?
