He also left a note on the window reading something like: As a concerned citizen, I have taken a picture of your vehicle parked in a handicapped parking space. If you are indeed handicapped, but don't have the special plates, drop a note to Sgt. at
, with proof of your condition, and no action will be taken. If you are not handicapped, please consider parking in a regular spot, walking another 50 yards, and avoiding future problems with me or others who don't like your type. Such a note is effective alone, but this guy actually did take the pictures, mailed them, and several times had to show up in court (he didn't mind at all) if the person didn't pay the fine that was issued to them. I personally just scribble a note and leave it on the windshield stating "I didn't notice any handicap as you walked into the store. Perhaps it's a mental problem."
