Thus if your flagship is a carrier, once your are out of planes there is nothing that can be done about shooting the guns (other than AA guns) or launching planes from another carrier until your flagship is entertaining the fish. On the whole I think that the game is executed extremely well with a lot of attention to detail. It lacks a bit of realism in that one US ship can destroy X number of Japanese ships (assuming no air raids), but perhaps that can be fixed.
