I got a patch program out of net.sources from a few months ago -- it
worked fairly well (something like "version 1.2"?).
I had to (1) note the changes I had made, (2)
restore the original source, (3) apply the patches, (4) redo my
changes.  Ecch.  Context diffs are much nicer, and I hope that the next
hack diffs are in diff -c3 form.
