	I humbly suggest that the award be the beloved blue "bell" symbol
with a red slash/circle (international no-no) icon.  It would be called
	T H E   N O - B E L L   A W A R D !

	This is appropriate since the NET isn't exclusively Bell anymore
(and what was Bell isn't exclusively Bell anymore since divestiture :-)
and would provide the Bell Symbol some attention ("I feel so unwanted -
all the ATT people keep punching me out! And look at my replacement -
the Deathstar.  It doesn't even LOOK like a telephone!")


	And now for something completely different ...

	What do you call a structural analysis program for home computers?
