    Slightly misposted, as the only connection the song has with folk music is
Dave Van Ronk.  There was a "hit" recording of the song about 40 years ago
(give or take 10 years) by Bing Crosby.  Needless to say, the presentation was
quite different from Van Ronk's (crooning vs. shouting).
