The venerable ihuxq is dead -- dismantled and returned-to-sender.  I doubt
there was an announcement.

Most users were moved to ihlpa (ihnp4!ihlpa), a MAXI system.  Some users were
terminated in the move ("house-cleaning"), and other users opted to move to
some machine other than ihlpa for reasons of their own.
