In general, I don't think that most publications have much difficulty
with thoughtful product reviews, including negative ones.  On the
other hand, if someone just wants to say, "I think that company sucks
and all the people who work for it don't deserve to live, and I hope
someone throws tacks in the employee parking lot" that might be a
somewhat different matter....

There's a difference between a product review and incitement to riot....
This seems to be an area where common sense can do a whole lot of good.
