As I understand it, the objection to Stargate is that it will have to be moderated to limit the legal responsibility of sites who pass on news as regards libel, etc. Is there any way we can find out for SURE whether or not this is a danger short of a test case? I know you can get the IRS to rule on questionable tax practices before you do them. I suspect the net could raise the money to get this tested if it is possible.
