	There has been a lot of discussion of the "real purposes" of this
net which I would like to answer. When I originally proposed this net, what
I proposed and what people voted for was a net to discuss not only language
but culture, history, archaeology, religion (i.e. pre-christian worship of
the sun and nature), current events, music and just about anything relating
to the Celtic people. I suggested that this net should be called "net.celts".
	This was what everyone voted for and asked for. But when I applied
to have the net created, I was told that, for administrative and structural
purposes, the net would be called net.nlang.celts. I said "But we intend to
do much more than discuss language...", and I gave them my laundry list. I was
assured that this was all allowable under the designation of net.nlang.celts.
	So, what we got was a net with all the attributes on net.celts which
was called net.nlang.celts. I hope this answers all the questions and
complaints on this subject.
