Forward's THE FLIGHT OF THE DRAGONFLY was published as a three-part serial
in the December 1982-February 1983 issues of Analog.  Chuck McManis
(intelca!cem@topaz) describes the story accurately in V10 #35.  However, the
intelligent creatures living in Eau's oceans were careful to avoid being
swept up into the waterspout that transferred water to the other planetoid.
