    Wrong! Now lets get this straight once and for *all*. Dr  Who is made by 
 the BBC and has been for over twenty years , the first program being 
 broadcast in 1963 ( *Live* ).

I have never heard of an ITV division called Lionheart , but there used to be a
childrens T.V series of that name on ITV.

I hope this clears things up.
