Well, y'know...I'd say that you "pick" the same way many people seem to:
you go out and *try*one...if that one doesn't work, try another.
(one suggestion...try the part of the continent nearest you first).

I'm not too up on Chrisitian guidelines.  Are you allowed to do anything
for frustration on your own?  If so, it's better than nothing.
If not, grit your teeth and *smile*...it *is* possible to deal with
frustration...believe me.
