I heartily agree with David Rubin concerning the benefits of Ueboroth's (sp?)
plan for sharing the wealth, so to speak.  As far as I can tell, baseball
has an oppurtunity with the new commissioner at putting business decisions
in the background, where they belong.  It may only be a pipe dream but
perhaps the day is coming when the numbers in a baseball article will
be batting averages again and not dollar figures...
