I missed V last Friday (Jan 25).  I understand that Nathan Bates is dead.  How
is it that the Visitors are able to walk the Earth?  I thought that the gizmo
attached to his wrist was going to cause Science Frontiers to self-destruct,
causing the release of enough red dust into the air to kill all the Visitors.
What happened when he died?

Also, I missed the first half of Otherworld (Jan 26).  How did the family arrive
on that planet?  Where were they when they fell into the time warp?
